Put 2 tsp of brown sugar into a wineglass (25 cl). Add a large espresso (10 ml), preferably Ristretto or Mocha Congo. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add 4 cl of Irish whiskey or Irish Coffee Syrup. Wisk 0,5 dl cream lightly and pour it over the drink.
(Tip: use a spoon when you poor the cream over the drink)
