You may trade your ZinoPoint for free products from the entire Zinzino range, as long as they are single-item orders. When you reach the checkout, make sure to select "Next delivery to reduce your shipping costs" before you choose ZinoPoint as your payment method.

Your ZinoPoint is automatically credited to your personal account within 24 hours of placing and paying for an order. Your ZinoPoint must cover the entire cost of the order. Example: 200 ZinoPoint may be used to pay for orders that equal €200 or less. It is not possible to use your ZinoPoint to make partial payments for a purchase or to cover the costs of a subscription order or Premier Kit order.

Your ZinoPoint will expire if you cancel your Premier Customer subscription, or if there are more than 12 months between your orders. Your ZinoPoint or ZinoPoint reward levels cannot be transferred to somebody else’s account.
