Staying true to our tradition, there will also be a Volleyball tournament, a spectacular Theme Party and we will end the week with a fabulous Gala Dinner.

Latest Information about the Director Trip

Dear Director Trip Participant,

We know many of you are following the current situation in the Middle East, and we understand it may raise questions about travel. With that in mind, we’d like to confirm that the Zinzino Director Trip to Bali is still going ahead. 


We’re really looking forward to welcoming you, and hope that you will join us. 
We’re monitoring the situation closely and will keep you updated if anything changes. 

Right now, airlines based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi have paused operations until 11:00 PM CET tonight on March 2nd (this may be extended). Many other airlines - such as KLM, Lufthansa, British Airways, Turkish Airlines, Thai Airways, and Singapore Airlines - are still operating, though some are adjusting routes. If your flight transits through the Middle East, we strongly recommend looking into alternative flights to reduce the risk of disruption.

If you booked your own flights, please contact your airline or travel agency directly regarding rebooking/refunds, and check your travel insurance where relevant. Zinzino will provide receipts/invoices if have paid for spouses and/or children.

If you’re ultimately unable to attend due to flight disruptions, we will provide you with written confirmation that your absence was caused by travel interruptions.

Travel information

  • Arrival day is March 8.
  • Departure day is March 14.
  • Book your flight tickets and transfer (qualified Partners).
  • The closest airport is Denpasar International Airport (DPS)
  • Transfer from the airport to the hotel takes about 20 minutes.
  • Check your passport! Make sure it has not expired and is valid for 6 months after your return date. If it has expired, renew it in time before the trip. For more information, visit the Indonesia e-visa official website.
  • To ensure a smooth arrival process, visitors are kindly requested to register and pay the Bali Tourism Levy in advance of their arrival. All international visitors are required to pay a one-time levy of IDR 150,000 (approximately USD 10) per entry, including children. The registry and payment can be completed on the official website. 
  • All visitors must also fill out the Arrival Card before traveling to Indonesia. 
  • Please note that visa applications cannot be submitted more than 14 days prior to the intended date of travel.
  • Get extra insurance on your flight ticket. Due to the uncertain times, we advise you to get extra insurance on your flight ticket to cover cancellations.
  • Check and order your travel insurance.

FAQ

Yes. We will offer interpretation into Hungarian, Slovak, German, Spanish, Turkish and Mandarin. 
Interpretation will be on Zoom. Please bring your own equipment to be able to use the interpretation service (smartphone, earphones, powerbank).

There is always a chance that you can join in if someone else cancels their participation. Contact Diana Nilsson who oversees the reservation list. There might be a spot for you.

Sports/ training sessions are for everyone, and there is no limit to the number of participants. You do not need to book your spot in advance. We will give you more information about the meeting place during the conference.

Interpretation will be available only during sessions held in the main conference room. It will not be arranged in the smaller rooms for different Breakout sessions. Recordings will not be available.

 

Our Hospitality desk will be in front of the entrance to the main conference room, and it will always be staffed for 30 minutes before and after the event.

Contact your insurance company if you cannot travel due to illness.

Each qualification is valid only for the respective Director Trip. You will need to qualify again if you wish to join the next Director Trip.

All the meals, activities, training and the conference are included.

Flight tickets and transfers are not included, but all our qualified Partners received €500 flight compensation.

The flight compensation is 500 PayPoints as a standard reward, with an additional 500 PayPoints available if you qualified for extra upgrades. The flight compensation has been paid to all qualified members in December. You can find it in your Back Office under weekly bonuses.
