Hilde and Ørjan entered the health and wellness movement by partnering with BioActive Foods, a Norwegian research and development company addressing Omega-3 deficiency with a proprietary, synergistic formula. BalanceOil was born, elevating Omega supplements to a new standard, while the BalanceTest provided indisputable, third-party proof that the product met real, documented needs.
2005
Ørjan and Hilde launched their business as the exclusive Northern European sales agents for the Belgian/French coffee house Rombouts. Norway and Sweden were the first countries to open for sales, with the rest of Scandinavia soon following.
2025
We celebrated 20 years of pioneering the new, test-based standard in personal health that has transformed us into a global leader in the space. To strengthen our presence on the North American continent, we acquired all assets of the U.S. health and wellness company Zurvita. We also made gut health a key area to expand our holistic core offer with targeted supplements.

We acquired assets from the Luxembourg-based nutrition company Xelliss and the Cypriot olive oil producer, Cleanthi. Our holistic approach to overall health and wellness was further solidified with the launch of Collagen Boozt, advanced skin nutrition. Our customer base now spans more than 100 markets across five continents.
