What's the deal?

  • Earn 20% ZinoPoints:

ZinoPoint is Zinzino’s Customer Reward points system, created to thank our Customer for their loyalty.

You earn ZinPoints every time you place an order, and these points can be used as a discount toward future Zinzino purchases.

To see how many ZinoPoints you’ve earned:

  1. Log in to your Zinzino account.
  2. Under Benefits, click ZinoPoint Balance.

Your full ZinoPoint balance and complete transaction history – including all earned and redeemed amounts – are displayed right there.

ZinoPoints can be used by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Zinzino account.
  2. Add single-item products (not subscriptions or kits) to your shopping cart.
  3. At checkout, choose Next Delivery and select ZinoPoint as payment option.

Before placing your order, make sure your ZinoPoint balance covers the full amount, including shipping.

ZinoPoint cannot be used for subscriptions, AutoOrders, or Premier Kits.

Your balance and transaction history are visible under My Account → Benefits → ZinoPoint Balance.

During the Black Week campaign, your account may temporarily display regular ZinoPoints according to the standard Customer Rewards Program.

This is completely normal – the system will first record your orders under the regular program rules.

After the campaign ends, all qualifying Customer orders will be recalculated based on the Black Week offer (50% ZinoPoints on your total order value, including shipping).

Your corrected Black Week ZinoPoint bonus will then be added to your account within one week after the campaign ends.

The free Skin Serum will be shipped together with your January monthly delivery, if the subscription payment is completed in December and January.

Due to the high volume of orders during November and early December, delivery times may be significantly longer. Many shipping companies experience heavy workloads during this period as they handle multiple Black Week promotions, which can lead to longer processing and delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season.

Campaign rules

1. The campaign runs from November 20, 2025, at 10:00 (CET) to December 2, 2025, at 16:00 (CET).

2. Customers will earn ZinoPoints equal to 20% of the order value for every successfully paid Premier Kits order.

Example:
- Customer Premier Kit:
Kit Value (TL 440) + Shipping Cost (TL 20) = Order Value (TL 460)
- Earned ZinoPoints during the campaign:
Order Value (TL 460) -> TL 460 x 20% = 92 ZinoPoints

3. Customers who meet all conditions will receive a free Skin Serum:

3.1 The free Skin Serum offer applies only to Premier Kit purchases during the Black Week. Prepaid Kits and Mini Kits are not eligible.
3.2. Customers qualify for the Skin Serum when their subscription payments are successfully completed in both December 2025 and January 2026.
3.3. The free Skin Serum will be shipped together with your January monthly delivery.

4. Orders must be created and fully paid within the eligible campaign period to qualify.

5. The total ZinoPoints reward for the Black Week offer is 20%. Regular ZinoPoints will be earned during the campaign, and after it ends, the balance will be adjusted so the customer receives the full 20% points.

6. In case of a refund, the awarded ZinoPoints will be deducted accordingly.

7. There’s no purchase limit – Customers can purchase as many Kits as they wish during the campaign and earn 20% ZinoPoints each time.

8. This offer applies while stock lasts.
