We believe that the majority of nutrients should come from eating whole foods and to supplement only when necessary. A lot of kids’ multivitamins on the market contain the same amounts of vitamins and minerals as recommended for adults, despite the fact that children’s need for vitamins and minerals are approximately ¼ of an adult’s.

Tasty multivitamins for children are very hard to find. Children are born with a skepticism for new food (neophobia) and have a naturally suspicious mind of foods that smell funny or taste weird.. Also, a considerable proportion of children are oversensitive to a variety of fruits and berries such as strawberries, orange, peach, etc. With that in mind, we opted for a flavor profile that is safe to use, allergy-friendly, tolerable and appealing to all kids.

Multify has a candy aroma with notes of citrus, juicy vanilla, banana, pear, lavender, and spearmint. The taste is both sweet and sour; a sweet sensation that turns sour when you take the first bite.

Multify is a sugar-free product that is not detrimental to oral health. The sweeteners are not all-natural. They are a mix of stevia (natural), sucralose (synthetic), xylitol and sorbitol plus isomalt and mannitol.

Choline is an essential nutrient naturally found in some foods. It used to be classified as a vitamin B4, vital for cognitive development. Recent studies by Nordic Nutrition Recommendations have identified children as being at risk of not getting enough choline in their diet, which is why we have decided to add it to our supplement.

Multify doesn’t contain iron because it is a mineral that poses a risk of toxicity when taken in excess. Iron also influences the taste. It doesn’t contain magnesium for the same taste reasons.

The tablet is smaller than average and shaped like a tiny button. Combined with its chewy texture, Multify is very easy for children to swallow and digest. “Gummi bear” chewables are usually coated with sugar/gelatine, large in size and risk getting stuck in the throat.

This product can be consumed from the age of 4. Although it is specifically recommended for children in the age bracket of 4-11, we also provide special recommendations for kids between 12 and 18 (1-3 tablets per day) and above the age of 18 (1-4 tablets per day).
