You’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (250ml) of your favorite milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 portion pack (30g) LeanShake Vanilla

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

With the oats, banana and LeanShake, this could be the ideal breakfast or lunch.

Day 4: Almond chocolate smoothie

Load up on vitamin E, manganese and more fiber, with this nutty breakfast smoothie. It takes five minutes to make and will keep you going all morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup (300ml) almond milk, unsweetened
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup almonds, raw
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 portion pack (30g) LeanShake Chocolate

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Day 5: Green smoothie (with a dash of vanilla)

After all that almond chocolate goodness, whip up a green smoothie. It’s a high-protein recipe, and probably you already have all the ingredients at home.

  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • ½ a mango
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk of your choice
  • 1 portion pack (30g) LeanShake Vanilla

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Cheers! Your green shake is ready.

Day 6: Berry blast smoothie

Feeling fruity? Seed good habits today with an infusion of berry goodness. It’s light, tangy, and the best way to naturally wake up your taste buds.

Grab these items:

  • 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 ¼ cup (300ml) milk of your choice
  • 1 portion pack (30g) LeanShake Berry

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Day 7: Sweet & spicy strawberry smoothie

It’s 3 pm and you’re looking for a little something-something that’s not coffee (and will fill you up). After a late breakfast, this strawberry smoothie with a twist will get you through until dinner.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) light coconut milk
  • Juice from 1 fresh lime
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Honey to taste
  • 1 portion pack (30g) LeanShake Strawberry

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
