How do I order the Health Protocol during Black Week?

The One Click Health Protocol feature is not available on the Black Week page.
If you wish to purchase a Health Protocol Kit, please manually add three Black Week kits (BalanceOil+, Xtend/Xtend+, ZinoBiotic+) of your choice to your shopping cart.
Please note that the regular Health Protocol kits do not include the Black Week offer.

Will I receive a free test with the second test delivery?

No, there is only one (1) extra free test in your first delivery. You will receive 1 test, not two (2) in your second test delivery.

If I choose to pay later, after receiving an invoice, can I still take advantage of the offer?

To get the free products, your order must be placed and paid during the campaign period. You can choose to pay at a later date, but the invoice needs to be settled before the end of the campaign period.

I haven’t received my delivery yet. Where is it?

Due to the high volume of orders during November and early December, delivery times may be significantly longer. Many shipping companies experience heavy workloads during this period as they handle multiple Black Week promotions, which can lead to longer processing and delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season.

No, the gift box is shown for illustration purposes only and is not included in the Black Week offer. Only the featured products are part of the offer, and the box is not available for sale separately.
