Passport & visa
Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of arrival.
Countries exempt from visa requirements
Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Timor Leste, Suriname, Colombia, Hong Kong SAR, Brazil and Turkey.
Electronic Visa-on-Arrival
Travelers from eligible countries can apply online for the Indonesia Electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA). Travelers are permitted a single-entry stay of up to 30 days, which can be extended for an additional 30 days.
Please go to the official E-Visa website for Indonesia to apply for your eVOA. Once approved, you will receive your visa by email.
Steps to complete the Arrival Card for Foreign Visitors
1. Visit allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id
2. Select “English” and “Foreign Visitor” and fill in the required information (nationality, name, date of birth, passport number, expiration date, and contact info)
3. Travel details: arrival/departure dates, enter your e-Visa or ITAS or KITAP number
4. Transport & accommodation: arrival location, flight/ship details, hotel/address
5. Health & customs declarations: symptoms, recent travel, items to declare (animals, electronics, baggage, etc.), IMEI registration for devices
6. Submit the form to receive your QR code.
7. Present the QR code (either printed or on your device) along with passport upon arrival.
Bali Tourism Levy
All international visitors, including children, to Bali must pay a one-time fee of IDR 150,000 (approx. USD 10) per entry. Click here to read more and pay the levy.
Spouse tickets
Spouse price €3,000 (flight tickets and transfer not included)
Spouse Qualification
A knowledgeable spouse is a very important companion in a marriage, civil union, or common-law marriage (wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/partner or child over 16).
If your spouse is not automatically qualified the cost of the trip is €3,000.
A Zinzino Partner can join as a spouse if they had an active rank of Diamond and above for 2 months in 2025.
Spouses are very welcome to join the conference. We would love to have them there.
Child(ren) between 0-6 years old: €0 (per child)
Child(ren) between 7-16 years old: €1,500 (per child)
Child(ren) older than 16 years old: €3,000 (per child)
Post- and pre-stay
The rates below are valid for 3 days before and 3 days after the Director Trip, subject to availability (5-8th of March & 14-17th of March). The rates include breakfast.

Prices start from USD 215 per room per night including breakfast for 1–2 guests.
- The booking deadline for these rates is February 19, 2026.
- We recommend booking any extra nights before this date to secure the best price.

Silence Day
Please note that on Thursday, 19th of March 2026, the Indonesian public holiday Nyepi Day, also known as Day of Silence takes place. It is celebrated with complete quietness, fasting and meditation. During this 24-hour period (from 6:00 AM on March 19 to 6:00 AM on March 20) no flights operate, no transfers are allowed and all guests must remain within their resorts.
To avoid any inconvenience, we highly recommend that guests either depart Bali on March 17 or 18 or extend their stay with additional nights to stay until March 21 to remain comfortably at the resort during Nyepi.
Transfer
You need to arrange your own transfer on arrival day, both to and from the hotel. Alternatively, you can book a transfer through Trails of Indochina by emailing zinzinogroup@trailsofindochina.com
