What's the deal?

  • Available on all Customer Kits orders with a special Black Week Offer label.

ZinoCash is Zinzino’s Customer Reward points system, created to thank our Customer for their loyalty.

You earn ZinoCash points every time you place an order, and these points can be used as a discount toward future Zinzino purchases.

To see how many ZinoCash points you’ve earned:

  1. Log in to your Zinzino account.
  2. Under Benefits, click ZinoCash Balance.

Your full ZinoCash balance and complete transaction history – including all earned and redeemed amounts – are displayed right there.

ZinoCash points can be used by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Zinzino account at zinzino.com.
  2. Add single-item products (not subscriptions or kits) to your shopping cart.
  3. At checkout, choose Next Delivery and select ZinoCash as payment option.

Before placing your order, make sure your ZinoCash balance covers the full amount, including shipping.

ZinoCash cannot be used for subscriptions, AutoOrders, or Premier Kits.

Your balance and transaction history are visible under My Account → Benefits → ZinoCash Balance.

During the Black Week campaign, your account may temporarily display regular ZinoCash points according to the standard Customer Rewards Program.

This is completely normal – the system will first record your orders under the regular program rules.

After the campaign ends, all qualifying Customer orders will be recalculated based on the Black Week offer (50% ZinoCash on your total order value, including shipping).

Your corrected Black Week ZinoCash bonus will then be added to your account within one week after the campaign ends.

Due to the high volume of orders during November and early December, delivery times may be significantly longer. Many shipping companies experience heavy workloads during this period as they handle multiple Black Week promotions, which can lead to longer processing and delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season.

Campaign rules

1. The campaign runs from November 20, 2025, at 10:00 (CET) to December 2, 2025, at 16:00 (CET).

2. The offer applies exclusively to Customer Kit purchases in all Zinzino Global countries.

3. Orders must be created and fully paid within the eligible campaign period to qualify.

4. Customers will earn ZinoCash points equal to 50% of their total order value, including shipping, for every successfully paid Kit order during the campaign.

Example:
- Customer Premier Kit:
Kit Value (US$440) + Shipping Cost (US$20) = Order Value (US$460)
- Earned ZinoCash during the campaign:
Order Value (US$460) -> US$460 x 50% = 230 ZinoCash Points

5. ZinoCash points will not appear automatically, all eligible orders will be recalculated after the campaign ends, and the corresponding points will be credited to customer accounts within one week following the campaign’s end.

6. The total ZinoCash reward for the Black Week offer is 50%. Regular ZinoCash will be earned during the campaign, and after it ends, the balance will be adjusted so the customer receives the full 50% points.

7. In case of a refund, the awarded ZinoCash points will be deducted accordingly.

8. There’s no purchase limit – Customers can purchase as many Kits as they wish during the campaign and earn 50% ZinoCash points each time.

9. This offer applies while stock lasts.
