Ingredients:

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruit extract, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), Indian nettle (Coleus forskohlii) root extract (10% forskolin) ForsLean®, Indian barberry (Berberis aristata) root extract (10% berberine), gynostemma (Gynostemma pentaphyllum) leaf extract, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), tetrahydrocurcuminoids derived from turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract C3 Reduct®, trans-resveratrol 98%, citrus bioflavonoids (40% hesperidin), chromium picolinate.

Recommended daily dose: Adults take 1 capsule twice daily before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
