Chromium (nicotinate glycinate) 210 mcg
Other Ingredients:

Non-medicinal ingredients: Calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, fumed silica, Spirulina platensis extract, hydroxypropylcellulose.
