Recommended daily dose: Adults: Drink one bottle (118 ml) prior to your morning meal and another bottle before dinner for two consecutive days. Shake well before use. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily.
WARNING: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
