How to become a partner
What is required of me to become partner?

Everyone of legal age is welcome to register as an independent partner at no cost. Zinzino’s independent partners come from different lifestyles and stages of life. Partners choose their own hours and amount of time to invest. Zinzino provides the tools and conditions for you to achieve success provided you stay the course.

While not required, you may purchase one of our Partner Product Kits, containing products and basic training materials at a discount. 

How do I become a partner?

If you already know someone who is a Partner in Zinzino, you may join the sales team of that Partner. This person will be your Sponsor in Zinzino. If you do not know a Partner, you are welcome to contact our Partner Support and we can help you find an Independent Partner in your area that can help you get started.

Where do I get more information about business opportunities?

How do I get a new email with my log in details?

Contact our Partner Support with your registered name and email address and we will send a new email.

How many customers do I need to have to be an active Partner?

The monthly qualification to be an active Partner is four (4) Personal Customers. In addition to that, you need 20 credits on a monthly basis from your personal customers and your own product orders.

Payment
How do I update my credit card details?

There are different ways to update your card details for your autoorder.

Choose one of following: 

 

1) Update via Autoorder

  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Go to autoorder
  • Choose card payment and click on update and follow the payment instructions

A new order will be created and 0,10€ will be charged from your new credit card.

When you have followed these instructions your credit card is up-to-date for your autoorder. 


2) Update via Open Order

If you have an open order (unpaid order) you can update your card information and pay the order at the same time, by following these instructions:

  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Go to orders
  • Click on pay
  • Mark save on autoorder
  • Click on pay for order and follow the payment instructions

When you have followed these instructions, your open order is paid for and your credit card is up-to-date for your autoorder. 


3) Update via New Order

If you want to order a product in the webshop, you can also update your credit card information when paying for your order, by following these instructions:

  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Go to shop, choose products and go to checkout
  • Choose use card payment
  • Mark save on autoorder
  • Click on place your order and follow the payment instructions

When you have followed these instructions, your new order is paid for and your credit card is up-to-date for your autoorder.

Commission
When will my commission be paid out to my web account?

Achieved commissions are paid out to Partners Web Account on Mondays.

How do I register my bank account?
  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Go to Finances on the menu
  • Click on Web Account
  • If you register your bank account for the first time, you will have to choose a security code*
  • Fill in your security code* and click on submit
  • Enter your bank account details

* Security code is a personal and encrypted code that you create. This code gives you access to your web account.

How do I withdraw money from my webaccount?
  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Go to Finances in the menu
  • Click on Web Account
  • Fill in your security code, enter an amount to transfer and submit your withdrawal
Where can I see my commission report?
  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Go to Reporting in the menu
When will my withdrawal from my web account to my bank account be handled?

Withdrawals are handled every week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and the money are available on your bank account 1-5 bank days.


USA:
Withdrawal to check will be in post 2-6 bank days.

Customer registration
How do I register a new customer?
  • Choose the country and language
  • Go to the shop and choose products
  • Follow the instructions to edit the kit
  • Go to checkout
  • Fill in the customers personal information
  • Click on save and checkout
  • Check the order and then complete the order by clicking on Find representative
  • Fill in your partner ID
  • Choose a payment method
  • Ask the customer to read and accept the general terms and conditions and place the order

If you are already logged into your account

  • Click on Register New Customer
  • Select market and click on Go to registration 
  • Follow the instructions above
Why is my customer a Retail customer?

Premier customers ordered and paid for a startkit with a bounded monthly subscription. They get discounted prices and other offers. All other customers are Retail customers, they are not bounded and pay Retail prices.

 

When your Retail customer enrolls a Premier Kit your customer will turn into a Premier Customer.

Your customer who enrolled a Premier Kit and has not yet paid, is still a Retail customer until their payment is registered.

Do Plus Subscriptions give Customer points?

You get one (1) Customer point* for every Premier Plus Subscription (minimum 3 credits).

Do referral customers give me Customer points?

Yes, you receive one (1) Customer point* for every Subscription and other items (minimum 3 credits).

What is Zinzino 4Free?

Thousands of our customers have shared their experience with their friends about our products. To show our appreciation we created the customer program Zinzino 4Free.


If you, as a customer or partner refer four (4 or more) customers with the same (or larger) order, you can receive your next monthly order for free. You only pay for the shipping. This is a benefit for partners and customers since it makes it fun to involve everyone in finding new customers.

How do I qualify to get Zinzino 4Free?

If you can check YES to each of the questions below by the end of each calendar month, Zinzino will send your next Zinzino 4Free Kit for free.

  • Customer: Are you a Premier Customer?
  • Partners: Do you have a Z4F Kit in your auto order?
  • Do you have at least four (4) personal first-generation Customer Points*?
  • Is the total volume of my first-generation customer credits at least four (4) times the total credits of my own Z4F Kit?

The same rules apply for partners and customers, but the Zinzino 4Free Kit is called a Premier Subscription for customers. As a customer you may also qualify for multiple free subscriptions.

How do I register a referral customer to one of my Customers?

A referral customer is a customer referred to you from your direct customer.

  • Sign in to your personal account
  • Click on Your Customers
  • Find the specific customer that you want the new customer to refer to
  • Click on Login as Customer
  • Click on Register new customer
  • Choose market and go to registration
  • Choose the products in the shop
  • Follow the instructions to customize the kit
  • Go to checkout
  • Complete the registration by filling in the customers personal information
  • Click on save and checkout
  • Check the personal information, the order and the selected reference
  • Choose a payment method
  • Ask the customer to read through and accept the terms and conditions
  • Complete the order by clicking on Place your order
Where can I see if I am qualified for Zinzino 4Free?

Why didn't I get Zinzino 4Free?

Please ensure that you have qualified for the following rules:

  1. Do you have a Z4F Kit on AutoOrder?
  2. Do you have at least four (4) personal first-generation Customer Points*?
  3. Is the total volume of my first-generation customer credits at least four (4) times the volume of the credits of your own Z4F Kit?

Transfer
What is a transfer?

A transfer is required if you, as a partner, want to change your company's position or organization number. For ex. if a new partner is taking over the position or if you change your position to a new company.

What are the transfer and quarantine rules?

Zinzino's rules say that a company can only be registered on one position. If you want to make a transfer to a new position, but your company already is registered on another position, there are certain rules that need to be followed:

  • First the old position needs to be cancelled and a signed resignation letter has to be sent to Partner Support.
  • After the position has been cancelled there is a 6-month quarantine rule before you can be registered again.
What are the rules for changing to a new position?

If you want to register a new position for your company the same rules apply as for a transfer (read the answer above):

  • The old position needs to be cancelled and a signed resignation letter has to be sent to Partner Support.
  • After the position has been cancelled there is a 6-month quarantine rule before you can be registered again.
What are the rules for moving an already existing position or organization?

Zinzino has strict rules when it comes to moving positions and organizations.

If organizations are moved the structure of the entire organization can be damaged. Organizational changes can only be requested by a partner with a higher title, but the move does not take place until Zinzino has approved it.

How do I register my customer as a partner?

You register the person as a new partner the same way as you register any other new partner. The customer account will not be changed.

Can I move a customer?

Yes, if your customer wants to become a partner, we can move their customer number to their partner account. Send an email to partner support with a customer move request.

Marketing Guidelines
What product claims are we allowed to make?

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical conditions. All claims need to be in line with what we state in the official Zinzino material. Our material is carefully written to comply with rules and regulations, and we do not make excessive claims of any kind.

Can I print my own marketing material?

No.

We print and provide all the marketing material you need to run your business. Therefore, printing and/or producing your own material is not allowed.

How can I use Zinzino in social media?

You represent yourself, not Zinzino. This means you can tag and make reference to us, but not claim you are our representative. You are a Zinzino Independent partner. We expect you to comply with our general terms and conditions when it comes to claims of any form.

Can I have my own Zinzino web shop or web page?

No.

We commit to provide first class material for you to use, and this includes informative and marketing/selling websites. Therefore, you cannot set up and market your material, implicating that you have your own Zinzino website. All material posted on the web needs to be approved by Zinzino before publishing it.

 

Can I use the Zinzino logo, brand and name?

No.

 

The Zinzino name, logo, brand and anything related to them are the property of Zinzino, and may not be used without our permission.

How does the money back guarantee work?

Money back guarantee only counts if the customer has ordered a 6-month subscription that includes BalanceTests.

 

If the customer scores 3:1 on the section of the test entitled Omega-6 to Omega-3 balance, the first time they receive their test score, they have the opportunity to cancel their subscription and ship the unused products back to Zinzino. The customer will get their money back for their start order. (Test 1, that has been used and one-month supply of the product is free).

 

In the cases where the customer has purchased a subscription without any Tests included, there will be no refund.

 

Refund policy does not apply to partners, only to persons registered as a customer with a subscription.

What are the rules for usage of the Zinzino BalanceTest?

The balanceTEST is a CE-marked self test.

You can use it at home, in a conference room or in your office.

It is not approved for use in public places like a hotel lobby or a restaurant. Please respect that.

Before you do the test, read the instructions, watch the instructional film and give yourself plenty of time until you feel confident at testing.

You can find the instructions and the instructional video here.

It is recommended to use the ring finger and to take the test on the hand the individual is not using for writing.

Only assist in testing if you are given permission.

Always help your customer fill out all the necessary paperwork, but remember, never touch the test paper to avoid contamination of the test.

We also recommend that you collect the test envelope from your customer and ensure that postage is added (for Norway) on the envelope to ensure that the test gets to the test lab as soon as possible.
