Our scientists have formulated Essent is a blend of several high-quality Omega-3 fatty acids in a concentrated form, but as natural triglycerides, with extra high content (85%) of EPA & DHA; and the fatty acid Omega-9 from extra virgin olive oil. Essent also contains a very significant 23 mg of polyphenols, in a special blend of hydroxytyrosol and flavanols. Hydroxytyrosol is derived from the Olive oil and Olive fruit extract, and flavanol is derived from the cocoa powder.
Hydroxytyrosol from olives contributes to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress damage when the daily dose is 5 mg or more. Lipids are fat-like substances found in your blood and body tissues, for example, cholesterol or triglycerides and are important for our heart health.

Our certified laboratories have analyzed more than 400,000 dry blood tests for the eleven fatty acids in the blood, making ours the world’s largest database. The average Omega-6:3 balance for people not taking an Omega-3 supplement was 12:1 in Europe, and 23:1 in the USA. After taking Essent or BalanceOil for 120 days, the average balance was below 5:1 and, in many cases, below 3:1.
1 softgel capsules per circa 30 kilo body weight. Adjust serving size based on body weight. Adults with body weight 50–60 kg: 2 softgel capsules daily. Adults with body weight 80–90 kg: 3 softgel capsules daily. Maximum 5 softgel capsules per day. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
