Hi, all Director Trip participants!
And welcome to sunny Mexico!

Today is a beautiful day – it is the day where our official part of the Director Trip 2023 starts!

At the amazing the Grand Hyatt Hotel here in Playa del Carmen, we look so much forward to meet you all live this week and create unforgettable moments together with you.

Tonight, we are going to kickoff this week with a beautiful cocktail dinner at the main pool area instead of Citrus Garden.

Let’s celebrate our first evening at the Director Trip here in Mexico with mingling, meeting, hugging and get the most exciting start of the week that lies ahead of us!

Be in time, we will start at 20.00 sharp!

Tuseday april 18

Hope you all had a beutiful first day at the Grand Hyatt Hotel and our Mexican evening! Today will be our first conference day and you will find the conference area one floor below the hotel reception. We will have our hospitality desk across the Hotel reception opened 1/2 hour before the conference if you have any questions and they will be able to help you if you need translations during the conference.

Thursday april 20

Volleyboll 3PM and Theme Party
Today will be a fantastic day, packed with fun and competition! After your daytime activities it is finally time for the great volleyball tournament.

We will meet at 3PM at the beach (new time). Go to the left 200m and you will see our Zinzino flags. Let the best team win!

After that we will meet at 8PM for the traditional theme party! It will be held at the main pool area. And of course there will be an award for best costume, so put on your Pirate gear, be ready to dance, and let´s have an amazing evening together.
