ABOUT ZINZINO CUSTOMER REWARDS PROGRAM
Zinzino's Customer Reward program is a way of expressing our gratitude to our loyal customers for their continued support and for choosing our products. As part of the program, Zinzino Customers can earn and accumulate "ZCash" which can be used to purchase Zinzino products. This program is available in all markets except for the United States and Canada.
JOINING ZINZINO CUSTOMER REWARDS PROGRAM
To Join Zinzino Customer Reward program, you need to become Zinzino Customer by placing an order at www.zinzino.com .
EARNING ZCASH
Zinzino Customers earn ZCash on every paid order, which is collected in their "My Account" and updated daily. The Customer Reward Program has two reward levels.
- First reward level: Customers earns ZCash for each paid order with shipping costs. Customer paid shipping costs equals the same amount in ZCash what is accumulated and added to their "My Account".
Example: If Customer pays 7 EUR for shipping costs, 7 ZCash are earned.
- Second reward level: Customers are entitled to Level 2 from their 7th paid monthly order and will get 10% of their full order back in ZCash, in addition to Customers’ ZCash shipping reward (Level 1).
Example: Customer subscribes to a product for €40, they add on product for €30 and shipping costs for this order is €5. €40 + €30 + €5 = €75 * 10% Reward = €7.5 + €5 shipping = €12.5 ZCash will be collected in the Customer’s My Account and can later be redeemed in the form of free products.
Prepaid Kit orders are eligible to earn Level 2 if your Customers set up a Premier subscription or purchase single items as their next order. Prepaid Customers are not entitled to Level 2 if they purchase a new Prepaid Kit as their next order.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Shipping costs rewards equal the amount paid in local currency for shipping. For example, if 5 EUR is paid for shipping, 5 ZCash are earned.
EXCLUSIONS TO EARNING ZCASH
Customer may not earn ZCash for purchases what are made in United Stated or Canada.
RETURNS
For information about how Zinzino handles returns, please read our Terms and conditions.
Customer ZCash balance may be impacted by returns, if you void a purchase, Zinzino will deduct the ZCash that you earned for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative ZCash balance on your account.
ZCASH EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise noted, ZCash is automatically added to Customer account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible purchase. ZCash does not expire for active Customers.
Your ZCash will expire 12 months after your last order or after your subscription cancellation, whichever comes first.
If a Customer's account is terminated disabled their points will be deleted.

REDEEMING ZCASH FOR REWARDS (PRODUCTS/ORDER)
ZCash can be used to buy products from the Zinzino range. Customers have two options to initiate the redemption process. They can either place an online order and choose the pay later payment option or compile a list of the items they intend to purchase. In both cases, the customer needs to contact their local customer support team. The support team will guide the customer through the process of redeeming their Cash and enable them to complete their desired purchase.
It is not possible to use ZCash for making partial payments towards a purchase.
The payment made through ZCash should cover the entire cost of the order, which includes the shipping charges. For example, if you have 200 ZCash, you can use them to pay for orders that equal 200 EUR or less 200 ZCash.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW
ZCash or ZCash reward levels cannot be transferred to another Customer account.
If the customer engages in illegal activity, we reserve the right to respond accordingly.
