This award is given to a Partner selected by the Company based on various criteria from year to year. We look at a person's loyalty to Zinzino over time, their stamina, growth, the inspiration of their own team, as well as cross-line teams, growth in the number of Customers and Partners, expansion into new markets, how he or she has been able to facilitate and organize the expansion together with the corporate team, and the overall personal performance of the Partner over the last year or several years combined.
