Yes, we offer all our products for one-time purchases. Do keep in mind, though, that discounted rates are only applicable when you become a subscribing Premier Customer.
You can subscribe to all our supplements. It’s the easiest way to stay consistent, support your goals, and give the products time to work as intended.
Once you sign up for a monthly subscription, your customized products will be sent automatically according to your chosen payment plan. To help save on shipping, we usually send a two-month supply every other month. Your products will be delivered straight to your door or to your nearest pickup point.
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. Your intention to focus on your well-being may need to take a back seat to other priorities – and that's okay. If your time or resources need to be directed elsewhere, you can cancel your subscription at any time with 30-days' notice by logging in to your account, or contacting our Global Support team. Zinzino will always be here to help you on your wellness journey when you’re ready to recommit.
If you’re considering canceling, you also have a few other options:
1.Change the product in your subscription. Your goals may have shifted, and you might benefit from a different product. Whether you want to replace or remove a product, we’re here to help you find the right supplements for your current needs.
2.Pause your subscription for up to 90 days. During the pause, you won't receive any invoices or products. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period ends – or earlier if you choose to restart it.
Please note: Pauses must take place between 1–2 billing cycles and can last no longer than 90 days from your most recent payment.
3.Cancel your subscription. Simply log in to your account or contact our Global Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process.

You take your first test at the start of your subscription to get a baseline measure of your diet and lifestyle and how that’s reflected in your body. Then you test again after 120 days to follow your body’s response to your new routine, and to help you track changes over time.
Yes. When you subscribe to one or more of our customized kits, you become a Premier Customer. You will now save up to 60% on any add-on subscriptions and up to 40% on our Premier Kits. It’s the most cost-efficient way to benefit from Zinzino’s products. Additionally, an active subscription gives you access to our Customer Reward Program ‘Zinzino4Free’, where you have the chance to earn free products every month as a thank you for sharing your Zinzino experience with friends and family.
You will also get your shipping costs back in the ZinoCash you earn as a Zinzino customer. These are all perks of subscribing.
Giving our planet a break is another important feature of our subscription model. By sending refills every other month, we can minimize shipping costs and routes, which will reduce our carbon footprint (and yours).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not happy, please contact your Partner first. If you still wish to exercise your right to return the products, you need to do so no later than 30 days after you have received your start order or single purchase. Contact Customer Service for more help with the return.
Once we have received the products, refunds will be made for products that have not been used or opened minus the freight cost. For the products that are used or not returned, their retail price will be deducted. Please, take care in packaging the products as Zinzino is not responsible for any damages in transit nor any incurred shipping charges.
Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not C.O.D. or postage due. If requested.
