How do I close or cancel my Zinzino subscription?

We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. Your best intentions to get your health in order might be postponed by other priorities. If your resources or time need to be directed elsewhere for now, that’s okay. Zinzino will always be here to help bring balance back into your body when you’re ready to recommit.

If you’ve found yourself in this situation, we have a number of options for you. If you want to cancel your Zinzino subscription, please get in touch with our global customer service team Customer Support. You have three options:

1. Change the product you’ve subscribed to. For example, maybe your health goals have shifted, and you think you’d benefit from other Zinzino products. It doesn’t matter what product you want to replace or remove – we want to ensure you get the right Zinzino food supplements for your current health goals and needs.

2. Pause the subscription for up to three months within the six-month binding period. After this, you can pause for up to six months. You won’t pay or receive the products during the pause and the subscription will re-start at the agreed date.

3. Cancel the Zinzino subscription will incur a fee if it’s before the six months as it is set up as a Zinzino contract. You’ll pay a set fee for each product you subscribe to.

Can I cancel my monthly order immediately?

As you can see in option #3, yes, you can cancel your Zinzino subscription at any time, but there is a fee. If you end the agreement without having made six monthly payments, we charge a set fee per product subscription.

For example, if you have a pre-arranged delivery of BalanceOil+ and Xtend+, and you’d like to cancel it within that six-month period, you’ll pay two set fees. This is stated in the Zinzino General Terms and Conditions point 5.3.

Please remember, the subscription model is there for a reason. Better health is a long-term commitment and rebalancing your body doesn’t happen overnight. Ensuring that you properly experience the power of our scientifically proven products is our top priority. This is why we have designed this subscription model to make sure the products get a chance to do their work within the timeframe for which they’re designed to reach their full efficacy.

Why are the Zinzino supplements offered under a subscription?

You might be thinking, I don’t need a Zinzino subscription model. I’ll cancel it and just buy it again when I need. We understand why you’d feel this way, but we’ve designed it like this to make better health easier to reach and the positive experiences and reviews we receive from customers prove that this is a much appreciated setup.

Good health isn’t a quick fix. It’s a long-term investment and a personal journey that requires daily commitment. Being the pioneers of personalized nutrition, we know what works. We know that it’s easy to say, ‘I’ll just get it next month’, then life gets in the way. Our customized supplements, home-delivered with automatic refills remove the guessing game, decision making and your hard work. Our subscription model sets you up for a successful outcome. The period during which you’ll receive our supplements correlates with the 120 days it takes for your cells to renew themselves.

Additionally, all our products are sold through a Zinzino Independent Partner. Having somebody who serves as your personal wellness consultant is also part of the package when you subscribe. Your Partner will join your health journey and make sure you get customized products that work with your specific needs and goals. You take our blood test (BalanceTest) at the beginning of your subscription and then once again towards the end to monitor your progress and make any necessary changes to your health plan. This is why you get two tests with your subscription. One is sent out before you start taking the products and the other one after 120 days when the cells in your body have been renewed. This way, you’ll get proof in writing that you’ve been getting proper advice with products that are doing their job to rebalance your body.

How can I change my Zinzino order?

A holistic approach to health means making tweaks and adjustments to your plan to fit any changes in your body and lifestyle. As such, your subscription might change to new products, as the months (or years) go on. All you have to do is get in touch with your Partner or Customer Support to set up your new subscription.

Do I save money with the Zinzino operating model based on subscription?

Yes. When you subscribe to one or more of our customized kits, you become a Premium Customer. You save up to 60% on add-on subscriptions and up to 40% on Premier Kits. It’s the most cost-efficient way to use Zinzino products.

In addition, maintaining a subscription gives you access to our loyalty program ‘Zinzino4Free’, where you have the chance to earn free products every month while sharing your experience with friends and family.

These are all points to keep in mind when deciding to cancel your Zinzino subscription.

I care about my environmental footprint. Is a subscription better?

Absolutely! Giving our planet a break is another important feature of the subscription model. Because we send refills every other month, we can minimize shipping costs and routes, which will reduce our carbon footprint (and yours).
